As Xen10x provides digital products and professional services, our work involves significant time, expertise, planning, design, development, and resource allocation.

Due to the nature of digital services, completed work, delivered files, source codes, designs, strategies, reports, and consultations cannot be physically returned.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

• The project has not yet been started.
• Payment was made accidentally and no work has been initiated.
• Xen10x is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.
• Duplicate payments were made by mistake.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Project work has already started.
• Initial research, planning, wireframing, design, or development has been completed.
• Website design concepts have been shared.
• SEO, marketing, advertising, or promotional campaigns have commenced.
• Content, graphics, or custom development work has been delivered.
• Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, content, approvals, or feedback.
• Change of mind after project initiation.
• Third-party service costs such as hosting, domain registration, software licenses, plugins, themes, APIs, advertising spend, or subscription services.

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting our support team.

Before Work Begins

If cancellation is requested before project work starts, a partial or full refund may be issued after reviewing the order.

After Work Begins

If work has already started, refunds will be calculated based on the completed portion of the project, resources utilized, and expenses incurred.

6. Revisions and Quality Assurance

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions according to the agreed project scope.

Additional revisions outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

7. Delivery Acceptance

A project will be considered accepted when:

• The client approves the deliverables.
• The website, design, or service is deployed or delivered.
• No revision request is received within a reasonable review period after delivery.

Once accepted, the project becomes non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Xen10x before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide project records, communications, invoices, agreements, work logs, and delivered materials as evidence in dispute resolution processes.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

7–14 business days

Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway used during the transaction.
